Government of Gujarat proposes to develop holistic and integrated physical infrastructure of roads, water, sanitation, storm drainage and street lighting to its entire rural population, starting with around 168 villages including 113 villages having more than 10,000 population as per 2001 census and 55 Tribal villages having more then 7,000 population as per 2001 census.
Actual Services provided by the Firm
- Carrying out survey and preparing detailed plans of village/built-up habitats, depicting all individual houses/huts/structures and all features like trees (but not saplings), hedges, fencing, roads, culverts, open drains, nallahs, rivers, electric/telephone poles and overhead lines, manholes, chambers, water stand posts and pumps, wells, toilet blocks, visible water and drainage lines, soil types etc. including spot levels at 20 m. intervals in open grounds with interpolated contours at 0.25m. intervals depending on the topography of the area and plotting the same to a scale of 1:500 or 1:1000 as appropriate to fit A0 size, giving detailed breakdowns of open, road and built up areas together showing the location and outline of the settlements and submitting one original tracing on single matt polyester film (50 microns), two prints and a soft copy on a CD of each survey.
