Urban development Department, Rajasthan identified 68 towns for which master plans were prepared out of this Sadri town located within Pali district was awarded to N K Buildcon for preparation of master plan for the year 2031 Sadri town is situated in the south of Pali district of Rajasthan. It is sub-divisional headquarter. It is situated at 38 km east from SH-14 on SH-16 (Jalore-Sanderao-Sadri). As per base year 2010, total developed area of Sadri is 151.82 ha. It is proposed to 691.09 ha upto year 2031 looking to population of 47000 person in year 2031 which is 10.87% of total Urbanized area (6353.03 ha). Sadri is divided into 6 planning zones.

• Preparation of base maps using satellite images / Total station survey in the field. • Geo-referencing of the data on GIS platform, • Study of existing land use pattern, • Door to Door survey for assessment of Socio-economic condition, collection of all baseline information related to physical and social infrastructure. • Proposals for future land use, • Preparation of detailed urban planning maps, • Preparation of Draft Master Plan as per the provisions of Government of Rajasthan and attending to the public suggestions/ objections to assist the town planning department for finalization of the Master plan.
