Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) proposes to lay a Product Pipeline from its existing Pipeline Installation at Sanganer, Rajasthan to the existing Pipeline Installation at Panipat. The proposed pipeline shall also provide connectivity to the existing Marketing cum Pipeline Installation at Rewari enroute. Total length of the proposed pipeline is 340 kms.

• Reconnaissance Survey (Optional) • Detailed Engineering Survey including establishing control points using DGPS / Field Topography Survey and Traversing using ETS / Double Leveling by Auto Level / ascertaining existing alignment of underground pipeline / Utility with the help of Pipeline Locator on CAD and GIS platform of 341.40 km length. • Population Density and Index survey by automated handheld instrument – 341.40 km • Soil Resistivity Survey – 341.40 km • Soil Chemical Analysis Survey – 341.40 km • Soil Stratification Survey – 341.40 km • Data Generation Survey – 341.40 km • Developed GIS database – 341.40 km • River hydrological data collection/ generation • Cadastral Survey – 341.40 km • Developed GIS Data Base for 341.40 km route length. • Preparation of Technical Report Providing services for establishing Right of User (ROU) in Right of Way (ROW) under P&MP Act, 1962 • Obtaining approvals/ permissions from the respective State / Central and other Statutory Authorities of about 150 NH/SH/Road/Canal/River/Pipeline/Railway Crossings, 30 ponds/lakes • Providing support services for forest clearance under Forest Conservation Act 1980 and Forest Right Act 2006 • Providing Services related to opening of Right of Way (ROW) and other activities for the entire final proposed pipeline route
