Detailed Mapping & Providing services for establishing ROU in ROW for laying pipeline from Sanganer to Bijwasan for transportation of Naphtha (Length 295 km)

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is proposing to lay a new petroleum product branch pipeline of length around 295 km from Sanganer to Bijwasan. The branch pipeline to Bijwasan ex Sanganer would originate from Sanganer Station and shall terminate inside Bijwasan Station. The Pipe line has been considered to be laid in existing MPCPL ROW from Sanganer to Rewari. However, pipe line shall be diverted in case of any congestion/restriction along the ROW and non-availability of additional ROW. From Rewari onwards the pipeline is proposed to be laid in independent new ROW for appox. 80 Km length and to enter into existing MJPL ROW (M-D Section) near Badsahpur (between Gurgaon and Sohna). The proposed pipeline will then be laid in MJPL ROW upto Bijwasan for approx. 25 Km length. The proposed pipeline shall thus traverse in the State of Rajasthan, Haryana and Delhi.

Actual Services provided by the Firm

Carrying out Reconnaissance Survey of pipeline route for new ROW from Rewari to MJPL ROW (M-D Section) near Badsahpur (between Gurgaon and Sohna) and at any other portion as decided by EIC for diversion from existing MPCPL and MJPL ROW alignment due to non availability of sufficient space for laying of proposed pipeline in existing route of MPCPL and MJPL ROW. In those areas route shall be diverted after studying the development plans/SOI maps including field verifications. Reconnaissance survey of the diverted portion of route shall be carried out so as to develop (i) Route map,(ii) listing of the crossings and its details, (iii) Demarcation of Major Ground Control Points along the route and (iv) collection of data, as enumerated in the tender document. While conducting survey for identifying the new route, EIC shall be consulted for obtaining necessary information of the existing route and guidance for selecting the new/diverted route. Carrying out Survey of Soil resistivity, soil chemical analysis, soil Stratification and data generation for entire route for proposed pipeline and at Station locations.
