Town Planning Department of Rajasthan had prepared Master Plans for all the Towns / Cities of the state. To implement these Master Plans in their right earnest spirit to State Government has taken decision for preparation of Zonal Development Plans for Class-I cities (as per Census 2011) of Rajasthan. The bidder has to prepare all the Zonal Development Plans of the town.

Actual Services provided by the Firm

• Survey of approx 15904 ha area using Drone. • Collection of revenue maps and their digitization • Collection of records related to land. • Superimposition of all commitments, Revenue maps, Government lands, natural / major physical features etc. and Superimposition of Municipal / Ward boundaries on the base map. • Preparation of Digital Elevation Model (DEM) • Ground verification of detailed base map. • Superimposition of Master Plan & Preparation of Draft Zonal Development Plan. • Consultation and inviting objections / suggestions. • Grievance, objection handling and query management. • Finalization of detailed Zonal Base Map. • Approval of the Final Zonal Development Plan. • Publication of Final Zonal Development Plan.
