Modification of DPR of Ararghat Hydro Electric Project (4 x 3 MW)

The site is located near Ararghat village of Murliganj Block in Madhepura sub-division of Madhepura district of Bihar, which is about 20 km from Madhepura on Madhepura-Udha-Kishanganj Road. The weir is located about 500 m upstream of the road bridge adjacent to Ararghat Village.

Ararghat H. E. Project is one of the small hydro projects, which can be established by creating a small reservoir in Arar Dhar by constructing a diversion weir across Arar Dhar near Ararghat village in Madhepura district of Bihar

• Review of comments of M/s. A.H.E.C. Roorkee
• Modification / rectification of DPR, incorporating the comments of M/s. A.H.E.C. Roorkee
• Submission of Modified DPR
• Cost of the Project is Rs. 70 Cr. (US$ 11.67 Million)
